When you place an order, you will receive your PIN(s) in your confirmation page and via email within seconds.*  You will also receive a toll-free access number to place your calls from anywhere and at anytime.  For your convenience, your PIN will also be listed in your account.

* Your first order has to be approved by 800CallingCard.com.  A representative will contact you shortly after the order to verify the validity of information.  Once your first order is approved, your future PIN(s) will be delivered automatically.

Once you get the PIN, the sale is final.  The PIN cannot be returned.  If you have a problem with the connection or the charges, call the customer service number provided with the card.

If you lost your PIN number, you can always log into your account and get it.  800CallingCard.com doesn't have control over the connection, rates, or fees of the phone cards we sell.  We do our best in finding cards with the lowest rates and the best connection.  We do not manufacture the cards, we only resell them.
